Crinkle Oven Wedges

Crinkle-cut potato wedges with skins on.

Ingredients

Potatoes, sunflower oil
750 g

Preparation

Oven: Preheat the oven to 220 °C, bake on the middle rack for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown; half way through turn over.
Pan: Heat oil, fry a small amount of wedges for 6 – 8 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 175 °C, fry a small amount of wedges for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
