Oven Noisettes

Potato balls, crispy on the outside, soft inside.

Ingredients

Potatoes, dry mashed potatoes, sunflower oil, wheat starch, salt, wheat fibre.
750 g

Preparation

Oven: Preheat the oven to 150 °C, grill on the middle rack for 18 – 20 minutes until golden brown; half way through turn the Noisettes over.
Pan: Heat oil, fry a small amount of Noisettes for 6 – 8 minutes until golden brown.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 170 °C, fry a small amount of Noisettes for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
