Rösti with onion

Swiss potato pancakes with onions.

Ingredients

Potatoes, dried mashed potatoes, dried onion, sunflower oil, potato starch salt, glucose, pepper.

600 g 2400 g

Preparation

Pan: Fry in a preheated oil until they are golden.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 170°C, fry until golden brown for 3 – 5 minutes.
Combi streamer: Bake in the middle of pre-heated Combi streamer at 225°C for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, in the middle of baking rösti over.
