Julienne Extra Thin

Very thin, delicate and crispy fries.


Potatoes, palm oil.
750 g 2500 g


Pan: Heat oil, fry a small amount of fries for 6 – 8 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 175 °C, fry a small amount of fries for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt.
Combi streamer: Bake in the middle of pre-heated Combi streamer at 225°C for 12 minutes until golden brown, in the middle of baking Juliennes over.
