Organic potato wedges with skin

Ingredients

Potatoes, sunflower oil, organic production of EC.
600 g

Preparation

Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C, bake on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; half way through turn the wedges over.
Pan: Heat oil, fry a small amount of wedges for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
Deep fryer: Fry in preheated oil 175°C for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
