Traditional Potato Pancake

Traditional Czech potato specialty with garlic and marjoram Ø 11 cm.


Potatoes, wheat flour, dried mashed potatoes, garlic, sunflower oil, salt, dried egg, marjoram, pepper
600 g 1200 g


Frying pan: Fry until golden brown.
Deep fat fryer: Heat oil to 170°C, fry until golden brown for 3 – 5 minutes.
Combi streamer: Bake in the middle of pre-heated Combi streamer at 225°C for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, in the middle of baking pancake over.
