Tabor Potato Pancakes

Traditional Czech potato pancakes with garlic and marjoram.


Potatoes, wheat flour, dried mashed potatoes, garlic, sunflower oil, salt, dried egg, marjoram, pepper.
600 g 2400 g


Pan: Fry until golden brown in a frying pan.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 170°C, fry until golden brown for 3 – 5 minutes.
Combi streamer: Bake in the middle of pre-heated Combi streamer at 225°C for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, in the middle of baking pancake over.
