Potatoes, sunflower oil.
Instructions for preparation
Pan: heat oil, fry a small amount of fries for 6–8 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
Deep fryer: heat oil to 175 °C, fry a small amount of fries for 3–5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt.
