Expres French Fries

Ingredients

Potatoes, palm oil.
750 g 2500 g

Preparation

Pan: Heat oil, fry a small amount of pommes frites for 6 – 8 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 175 °C, fry a small amount of pommes frites for 2 – 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Combi streamer: Bake in the middle of pre-heated Combi streamer at 225°C for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown, in the middle of baking Fries over.
